Choice Rehab is different from many staffing companies in that everyone that works for us is a practicing therapist. Our human resources and benefits department are outsourced to two very efficient firms so that our focus can be therapy and our therapist. We have several different programs for travelers from our Specialty Pursuit (for Cardiopulmonary, Geriatric, Neuro, and Ortho Specialties) to Follow the Sport (for our snowboarders and skiers). We are even developing some new 7 on 7 off positions.
Because of our company structure we are able to offer the therapist excellent benefits, highest percentile salary, and 24 hr attention. We look for people with experience clinically, and that want to progress professionally. In our travel positions we offer a very flexible package that includes fully furnished housing or a per diem for greater flexibility regarding non-taxable income for business expenses. In each area, travel and permanent, because of our company structure, we have an advantage in compensation packages.
