Choice Care
Choice Care is a 24 Hour Provider Service we offer for families and patients in the East Texas area that need 24 Hour supervised care.
ALL CHOICE CARE ATTENDANTS ARE:
- 21 years of age and older
- Insured
- CPR trained
- Drug and TB tested
- Highly skilled, reliable and have 1 1/2 years of previous experience.
- High School Graduates; Certified Nurse Assistants
- Personal, business, and criminal background investigated.
We are flexible to fit your needs:
- Our Attendants are available:
- Full-time or Part-time
- Temporarily or Permanently
- In-home and Assisted Living
Additional Services:
- Physical or Occupational Therapy Evaluation and Recommendations.
- Handicap Modifications of the Home
- Housekeeping
- Driver Services
Our fees are dependent on the individual needs of the patient. After consultation with the family and patient a per hour fee is determined prior to service.
