PHYSICAL THERAPIST-STATE HOSPITALLocation: East Texas
PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTION: The licensed Physical Therapist provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment following established standards of practice. Provides care to our patients; initiates ad completes physical therapy evaluation and treatment plan; documents care given; supervises physical therapy assistants and technicians. Must be flexible to work in Rehab, acute care and outpatient-BUT WILL PRIMARILY BE WORKING IN ACUTE CARE.
